  Yes, the staff at Eden Park Resort speaks Italian, English and French.
• WHAT TIME ARE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
  -    CHECK IN TIME: 15:00 - 22:00
  -    CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00
  -    Time limit for check in is 22:00, even if providing regular reservation.
  Guests are free to leave their luggage at the reception desk before check-in or after check-out.
• DOES THE HOTEL OFFER A PARKING AREA?
  Yes, every apartment at Eden Park Resort offers a free parking area.
• DOES THE HOTEL OFFER AN INTERNET CONNECTION?
  Yes, every apartment at Eden Park Resort offers a free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
• WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE BILLED DURING THE ONLINE RESERVATION?
  No, your credit card details serve only to guarantee your reservation. No deposit will be charged.
• WHEN WILL YOU PROCESS THE PAYMENT?
  Payment for your stay is processed directly at Eden Park Resort.
• DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
  Yes, we gladly accept payments by Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Access and Maestro.
• ARE DOGS ALLOWED IN EDEN PARK RESORT?
  Yes, all small dogs are welcome guests all year, excluding the period from June 1 to September 15.
• CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY
  All children are welcome.
  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
  
• CANCELLATION AND CHARGES
  Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
  Later cancellations will result in a charge equal to the first night's stay.
  No shows will result in a charge equal to the entire amount of the reservation.
