Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003


We inform you that the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 of 30 June 2003 “Personal Data Protection Code” provides for the right to personal data protection.

According to the art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we provide you with the following information:

Purposes of the processing of personal data: The data sent by e-mail or by
on-line registration are used exclusively by the Hotel Storyville:
  • to send by e-mail pieces of information, updates and communications about the activities of the Hotel Storyville;
  • to send by e-mail promotional and commercial information;
  • to invite by e-mail to subscribe to the new services eventually activated after the registration;
  • to comply with the law and the Authority provisions.
The collected data remain anonymous and are used for studies, research and statistics; Eden Park Resort retains them for the necessary time.

Conditions of the processing of personal data: These data are processed by electronic and computerised means that ensure privacy; specific security measures are adopted to protect the data against damage, loss, unlawful data processing operations, unauthorised access and specific software.

Freedom to give the consent and consequences of the denial: It is optional to give the data but without them it is not possible to provide information services.

Communication of the data: We inform you that the personal data are not communicated to third party or disseminated, except for the subjects (natural and/or legal persons) that process personal data on the controller’s behalf.
